Clay is the whole package and we could not be happier to have him as part of our program and family. Handsome and true large dark sable with powerful head, optimum pigmentation and great expression. Correct structure, athletic with good bone strength and substance. Absolutely rock-solid both physically and mentally and ideal in every way. Extremely trustworthy and reliable, can go anywhere, anytime and never be phased. Neutral to all environments, other animals and impeccable house manners. A true working family dog and completely non threatening character unless challenged.
Excellent food drive with pronounced play drive shown by high anticipation for the ball. Very easy to handle and a pleasure to be around.
Shows an excellent relationship with his handler. Exceptionally responsive to the obedience and protection commands with a true desire and passion to perform.
Powerful and sure in protection, intimidating guarding with full hard grips on the sleeve. Launches like a rocket and hits like a freight train on the long distance courage test. He puts full effort into anything we ask of him.
Attained his SVV 1 title with 94 in tracking, 91 in obedience and 96 points in protection for an overall excellent rating of 281 and IPO 1 with 89-93-92.
Clay is currently loved, owned and being titled even further by Siskiyou K9’s co trainer, Peggy Peters. They continue to work hard and title in IGP, WDA, and AKC obedience and they couldn’t make us more proud.
